Excellent dealership and most professional representative I have been dealing with Toyota Whitby and Gary Brown in particular for the past 10+ years in which time I have purchased 2 Corollas and 2 Rav 4's. I I have been dealing with Toyota Whitby and Gary Brown in particular for the past 10+ years in which time I have purchased 2 Corollas and 2 Rav 4's. I keep returning to Toyota Whitby for two main reasons, FIRST: the dealership is the best I have ever used both for sales and after sales service. Second and most importanly is the service I have always received from Gary (Brown) for the 10 + years I have dealt with him. He is always fair, helpful, tries to meet all my needs always goes out of his way to ensure a good relationship is built and I feel I have purchased the right car for my family at a fair price. Gary also ensures that before I leave with my new car, I really understand it operation, warranties. In 10 years have never had a bad deal and that why I keep coming back - my recent lease was my new 2019 Toyota Corolla purchased in Sept 6-2018. And Gary again was the best. Thx Gary and Toyota More

Cameron got my car in fast for windshield. I have had nothing but problems with my used rav4. Car was out of warranty by 2000km and no compensation for extensive repair.
