Thanks to the expert service department, we are still driving our 2004 Camry SE as a second vehicle and we love it! Recently we visited the showroom with the purchase of a 2018 Rav4 in mind. We were warmly greeted by Andrew Ward, Product Advisor. Andrew definitely 'knows his stuff'! He was able to answer our every question with authority and confidence. Yesterday, we picked up our 2018 Rav4 XLE. We love it!! We preferred to purchase a product Made in Canada, and the Rav4 fits the bill! Thanks go out not only to Andrew, but also to Chris and Ian. Best Dealership in Whitby. This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from Whitby Toyota and I am so impressed with Shawn McCallum . We now live in Orillia and we made the This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from Whitby Toyota and I am so impressed with Shawn McCallum . We now live in Orillia and we made the 1.5 hour drive down to Whitby Toyota to test drive a 2015 Rav4. After the test drive we purchased the Rav 4. The price we settled on was excellent and the vehicle had very low Kms. We received a call from Shawn advising that we can pick up the Rav4 2 days later around 2 pm. We received a call the day before the scheduled pick up date telling us that the SUV would be available around 9 am instead of 2 pm as Shawn didn’t want us to have to drive back to Orillia in the afternoon traffic. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. I would like to thank Dave Marshall for taking the time to talk with us and introducing us to Shawn. More
