Easy Peasy No games or fooling around. I checked pricing and the value of my trade in online before I went in. On the trade in they went right to the range I e No games or fooling around. I checked pricing and the value of my trade in online before I went in. On the trade in they went right to the range I expected and beat the MSRP considerably and included the accessories I wanted. Looked up availability to get me what I wanted and were able to find one on its way to Ontario and made a dealer trade then and there. Arranged to install accessories and have it for me at my convenience once it arrived and was ready. Went over the operation of the vehicle with me (very important since they are all so high tech now) and answered all my questions. This is my fifth or sixth Toyota from this dealership and certainly not my last. More

Dave told me to go and have a coffee and he would sort things out. Dave called me and told me that the correct snow tires would be put on the car but they would not arrive until 4:30 and because Dave knew we were just hanging around because it was too far to drive back home and then drive back down Dave recommended that he would deliver the car to our house and then drive my trade in back to the dealership. I really felt Dave went beyond and above my expectations. He drove my car up to me in a freak snow storm and then drove back in one also. More

Very stable to drive and comfortable to be in with heated seats and rear view vide. The sales representative, Rashid, was a delight to work with, very professional and thorough, as were the sales manager and staff. This is our third Corolla and we have been very happy with all three cars. We have been dealing with Whitby Toyota’s service department for more than a decade and have had excellent service from the staff there, too.
