Over the years I have always been able to I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra which I purchased used from the dealership back in 2011 I love this truck !!!!. Over the years I have always been able to count on this dealership for great service.I use my truck for trailering my horses to many places throughout the year but mostly in the summer & fall months. My truck's most recent repair was something that left me literally up the creek without a paddle, I had my horses stranded in one location and my truck in for a major repair at Toyota and I was super stressed not knowing what to do and had very little time to figure out what I could do. The team at this dealership went well beyond with not only repairing my truck but arranging a rental and completing the repair in record time and had me back on the road in two days!!! I cannot say enough about the commitment, dedication and support from everyone from Ian, Adam (my fav mechanic) to Cameron, Paul and all the other service advisors you guys are the best !!!! I will never own any other truck then Toyota and I will only purchase from this dealership. Thank you for everything you do!!!!!! More

As a result, we have many years of experience with the Sales, Service and Parts Departments. This has allowed me to meet several staff, most who have been at the dealership for many years. It has been a pleasure purchasing and servicing vehicles here. The Service Department has never pressured or tried to upsell me, but on the contrary when asked if certain items are really necessary at the time, I feel I have been given honest answers. Having had exceptional success with used vehicles purchased at the dealership, along with this positive experience from the various departments makes me want to keep buying at Whitby Toyota. The extremely high demand for the RAV4 XSE with technology package, our desire for the sought after blizzard pearl colour, and the COVID-19 plant shutdown, resulted in a purchasing timeframe extending over 1 year. Over this time Ian Kingsley was very helpful to us and David Marshall patiently responded to my inquiries, along with offering other colours or models as they came available in case we wished to take an alternative due to the extended wait. In the end we decided to hold out and could not be happier with the vehicle! I wish to express our appreciation to all those who helped with the purchase. This is my fourth vehicle I have bought from Rashid. With his diversified experience Rashid has, I wouldn't go to anybody else. He is a class sales rep who I call a friend. He keeps up to date on what's happening and if there is a problem he is right on it. He always does a follow up to see if everything is OK with you and your vehicle. Always ask for Rashid. On another note I have bought umpteen vehicles (lost count) from this dealership over the years from when they started in a converted gas station. I haven't gone anywhere else I love Toyotas they are a 5 star dealership. More
