He explained everything to me in great detail also when my vehicle was ready for pickup... he had set up my phone for me on the Apple Play excellent! I went in to check out the C-HR and fell in love with a 2018 C-HR they had on the lot. Rashid who looked after me was prefect. Well, this is Christmas Eve. It's also day two since we took delivery of our beautiful new Toyota CH-R nightshade edition. When I contacted Tony at the end of last week, I posed him with quite a task. I took delivery of our beautiful new Toyota CH-R nightshade edition. When I contacted Tony at the end of last week, I posed him with quite a task. I needed a car. I wanted an SUV type of vehicle and...I wanted it with all the options and upgrades my wife and I had decided we'd need because this vehicle was going to have to last us a very long time and it was going to have to be enjoyable the whole time. Tony came through with exactly what we were looking for and, as requested, he did it before the government imposed the lockdown. With three days to spare. He even contacted me simply to follow up and make sure we were happy and that we had no further questions. His honesty, integrity and commitment to his customer's needs is why we are now lifetime Whitby Toyota customers and we'll recommend Tony to all our friends and family. More

Got full service and long life coolant changed. Coolant was spilt in engine compartment and leaked down my front bumper didn’t notice until I got home so I just cleaned it off myself.
