Looking for first Honda I have been on the market to downsize from a Ford SUV for a few months. I came across several civics online from the Wheaton dealership so sent a few online requests for information. I received a phone call back within the hour from Aaron about my inquiries. He was very polite and pleasant over the phone, was not pushy or urgent, answered all of my questions, and gave me a decent list of vehicles that they had available. Unfortunately due to my work schedule and it being a long weekend i was not able to make it in till three days later. (My previous experience with other dealerships is if you dont show up within a 24hr period they repeatedly call you and ask when your coming in because everything is selling fast. Thank you for not harassing me!!) When i arrived at the dealership i was with a friend just browsing the used car area and when i got to the civics it sounded like someone was already unlocking them with the keyless entry so i could start opening doors (fantastic customer service!) I was soon greeted by Aaron and i advised who i was. He got me into the two civics i was interested in and allowed me and my friend to take the cars out alone. (Another exceptional customer moment allowing for privacy and a stress free test drive!) unfortunately the model was not exactly what i had been hoping for so we were unable to make a deal however, because of Aaron's honesty and integrity, and exceptional customer service I would recommend him and the Wheaton dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and i hope that I am able to purchase the right civic from him, and the Wheaton dealership sometime soon! Thanks Aaron for all your help!! More

We never felt pressured into buying a top of the line model or felt any pressure into buying any vehicle on the first day we started looking compared to another dealership we visited before. awesome job! First honda bought I loved doing the deal through email. Bottom line was bottom line. Have had 8 Honda's in our family during this time. Chris Huffman has been my `go-to sales guy' since 2001 and Rick Kana for service. The employees ticked on the list below, I've also had good customer relations with. Never has there ever been any problems with service. Always done right the first time, on time for the agreed upon estimate. I highly, highly recommend Wheaton Honda. Most of the employees are long term people and that says lots to me about the company, the way they treat their people and the loyalty of the employees because of that treatment and respect. More

Though it's an awfully subjective term, typically people see "express" as meaning well UNDER an hour. Else....why not make an appointment when I can plan on being there longer. If this is how you operate your express line, a courtesy might be to let your costumers know that before they drive to Honda and waste their whole morning. Only positive thing was the Tim's coffee we got down the street after we left. Poor service, poor experience, poor in general. More

The dealership immediately had the car returned by a tow truck, remedied the problem, fully explained the parts issue and even sent me home with a biodegradable product to help clean up the leaked oil. The WORST Service EVER!! I've been bringing my 2011 Civic to Wheaton Honda for service ever since I bought it 2 years ago-- I will NEVER go back again, EVER!!! I had a sqweel I've been bringing my 2011 Civic to Wheaton Honda for service ever since I bought it 2 years ago-- I will NEVER go back again, EVER!!! I had a sqweeling sound coming from my engine which I told them I thought might be the belt. Meaghan, the Service Advisor advised me that the sound sounded like the brakes, not the engine and that if there was another sound then we were dealing with 2 seperate issues. After the mechanic looked at the car Meagan advised that both my front and back brakes needed replaced, and that they didn't hear any sound other than the breaks, but that they checked the belt and it was in good condition. 2 days later I took my car to Tire Warehouse (on 99thSt) and within minutes they told me that the sound wasn't just my brakes. It turns our it was a belt tension pulley that needed replaced. I DO NOT understand how a HONDA mechanic can look at a HONDA and not see the issue (even though I directed them to the right area), yet a private mechanic diagnosed the issue within minutes! When I asked Meaghan she advised that they didn't look at the belt tensioner, they just checked the belt itself. ALSO, turns out that ONLY my front brakes needed repleced while my back brakes were in good condition (Meaghan told me I needed all 4 replaced!). Meaghan was NOT pleasent to deal with and kept treating me like I had no idea what I was talking about/was dumb. I was NOT impressed by her attitude from start to finish. This is VERY typical of the service I've recieved to date at Wheaton Honda. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. I will never return, even for FREE service. More
