Hello, Thank you for your comments. In the past we did allow appointments however there were a number of our customers who did not show up or at the last minute rebooked their appointment which did not allow us to accommodate all of our service customers requiring oil changes and/or tire swaps. Since we have adopted the first come, first serve process we have been able to accommodate more customers in a much more timely manner than by booking appointments alone. When we receive phone calls, online chat messages or emails we instruct all customers to have their vehicle here first thing in the morning and in most cases will have your vehicle ready by the end of the business day. As with every peak season we have all our staff on board working as a team and in a lot of cases working overtime to meet the demand and are adamant about informing our customers of waiting times or delays. Since I do not know with whom I am speaking to, I am unable to look up as to what time it was in the day that you arrived however if it was late morning/early afternoon the wait would have been extensive or we were unable to accommodate you that day as most of our customers are instructed to drop off their vehicles when we first open in order to get in the queue. I apologize if this wasn't communicated clearly when you first contacted us and I have sent your comments to our Service Manager so he can review with his team. I assure you we are doing the very best we can to meet our customers’ demands in the most efficient way possible.
