They worked seamlessly and did all the tenchinal work that was aloud. They ordered the proper replacement parts from Japan as my vehicle is very mew. The services provided and the work that was done was explained to me with perfect clarity by Nadine. I had the option to use the shuttle service to go anywhere in the city while they completed the service work however, I did have work to do so Darrin Hurst, the sales agent who sold me my vehicle set me up in a perfect work cubical complete with plug in’s for all my devices, excellent wifi, coffee and a check in from time to time to insure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. Once the service was complete Nadiane gave me a full run down and a complimentary car wash voucher that just made everything feel shiny and new. This kind of incredible service and genuine interest in my experience as a customer is why I drive from Okotoks, where I live, to Honda West for all my vehicle’s needs. More

Water in Taillights We bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey and in 2012 had the taillight replaced under warranty, as it was full of water. It has been filling up with water again We bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey and in 2012 had the taillight replaced under warranty, as it was full of water. It has been filling up with water again over the last year. When we called and left a message asking about this, no one returned our call. From an online forum this seems to be a problem that many Honda Odyssey owners have struggled with. When I drove to the dealership, as no one had returned our call, I was told the taillight was 5 years old and they seemed incredulous that I would think a taillight should last for more than 5 years! Well I do think a taillight, fixed on warranty should last more than 5 years and I think a price tag of over $500 is ridiculous! December 11th update: We had the opportunity to further work with Bob at the Honda West service centre and they took a look at the rear lights on the van at no cost, which was appreciated. Though the final solution that we mutually agreed upon was not ideal, which was drilling small holes in the rear light to allow for drainage, it was inexpensive and may fix the problem. Thanks for working with us. More

Honda West are extremely affable and responsive. My used vehicle was 2 months old and it had a bearing problem. Honda West encouraged me to get an extended warranty and all was covered 100%. In fact, Honda West (Craig Fruin in Used Cars and Sean Holloway (sp?) in Service) were so decent they would have covered the repair just our of sheer decency. The Honda West people are top shelf and are there to support customers on the long term. A rare breed these days. Impressive. More
