I used to go to Calgary Honda for vehicle service, but I always left unhappy. I found the service was terrible, for the most part, and always left feeling ripped off. I decided to try Honda West this time, which is where I actually purchased my vehicle. What a change! I was very happy with the customer service. Darrell was awesome, and it was probably in top three of best service I have ever received. I tend to feel a bit uncomfortable when getting my vehicle serviced as I admittedly do not know much about vehicles, so I am forced to trust the dealership - which can be difficult. Darrell made me feel very comfortable about trusting Honda West. And even though I called him a few too many times, he never responded like I was being a pest (which I was. Definitely :( ). Whatever he makes...it's not enough. He deserves more :D More

Bob came to my aid by answering the phone, diagnosing/suggesting a dead battery (while I was stranded with my 3 year old), driving to my location, boosting my vehicle, getting me in to the ser diagnosing/suggesting a dead battery (while I was stranded with my 3 year old), driving to my location, boosting my vehicle, getting me in to the service center immediately so I was able to pick up my 6 year old from school before the end of the day. He turned an extremely stressful situation into a very positive outcome. Thank you so much for such great service. i am on my 3rd CRV with Honda West and I have never once been let down by this dealership. I checked out 3 other dealerships before I purchased my first one and decided to go with Honda West not only for t been let down by this dealership. I checked out 3 other dealerships before I purchased my first one and decided to go with Honda West not only for the price of the new vehicle but the fair deal on my trade-in. Also, when I brought a friend to purchase her new car they not only did the same for her but also rewarded me for bringing her. I have traveled extensively in North America (including Mexico) in these vehicles and so have experienced at least half a dozen different dealerships and they have all stood behind the Honda name but nowhere was I treated as well as I have been at Honda West. All of the service people, front desk staff, drivers at Honda West have been really good people but a lot of the credit for my loyalty is due to Darrell Fujita! People come and go but Darrell has always been there for me, both in my regular service work and the occasional problem. He is unfailingly cheerful (how he manages this, the public being the type of beast that it is is beyond me! :-), patient with explanations and always gives me the impression that he just simply cares about me and my car. I also really like the rewards program and have brought my sister (to whom I sold my first CRV) and my friend into the program as well. Other things I appreciate are the drop off/pick up service, the decent coffee/seating/newspapers/computer workstations in the waiting area and the complimentary after-service car wash at the local Shell. I was booked for installation of my winter tires and a side marker light. I was told that since these two jobs would not take too long, a 2;30 appointment would be sufficient. When I phoned to confirm t side marker light. I was told that since these two jobs would not take too long, a 2;30 appointment would be sufficient. When I phoned to confirm that all my parts were in, I was told that both front struts also need replacing. I asked if all of these jobs can be completed on time and Darrell said he would see what he can do. So, I bought my car in and came back just before closing and found that all the jobs were done. Darrell said the technician stayed to complete the job. So, in all, I had 7 jobs done, which included changing to my winter tires, a wheel alignment, replacing both front struts. a type A service and replacing a bulb socket and installing a side marker light. A job well done- thank you Darrell and the two technicians that worked on my car- Robert Wilson and Matthew Varcoe. More
