I had to find a new (to me) vehicle rather quickly. Jim Sarantis was great in finding me a match for lifestyle and price. He understood my needs and didn't waste time on vehicles that didn't suit. I have to say that I was nervous because of previous negative experiences with 'hard sell' car salespeople (not Honda), and was relieved and pleasantly surprised. Dropped into Honda West for the first time in late july and met with Kristen Josey. At that time we were considering the purchase of a new vehicle but were unsure of which model, we had been to other deal and met with Kristen Josey. At no time did she put us under pressure and i felt very comfortable asking questions and gathering information from her. We test drove a few different models and priced all our options but made no decision. At that time we took time out to decide if we were going ahead with a new car, Kristen gave us the space we needed to come to our decision and when we returned in early September she made herself available to us once again to answer any lingering questions once again without any pressure and was extremely professional.When we finally made our choice with the Honda Civic she walked us through all our options with finance, warranty ect and made the whole process seamless.We picked up our new Civic in September and the whole process was very smooth. Went to Honda West to replace and downsize the family van.
