Let's say you have pockets full of cash or you have a savings account with lots of available funds. I recently walked into the showroom of Honda West Calgary and stopped in front of a new Honda Fit 20 savings account with lots of available funds. I recently walked into the showroom of Honda West Calgary and stopped in front of a new Honda Fit 2013 DX-A. I walked around the car a couple of times... I read some technical details on a poster... I walked around the car again looking inside the Honda Fit... In total I was in the showroom for more than five minutes and Nobody (!), including three receptionists approached me to ask a question about if I'm interested in that model. These three receptionists were talking abot something and pretending that they don't see me! Employees ( sales guys ) were walking next to me and Nobody greeted me and it looked like I was Not there at all! After ten minutes (!), or so, I left and I better spend my money for a new car with another Honda dealer. My conclusion: I won't visit it again and I do not recommend the Honda West Calgary. Nobody Approached me when I was in the showroom! More

My experience was repeat top-notch. Darrell greeted me as an old friend, and confirmed details of work to be done. He also advised knowledgeably on another issue, including the cost factor. Always treated with respect, given good advice and never feel I'm being "up-sold". I take 2 cars here and can almost always get an appointment on the date and time i want it. Karla always greets me by name. She is very friendly & knowledgable & recommends service as needed. When she gives a time frame for length of time for service, she follows through. I could take my vehicle anywhere for an oil change or to have summer or winter tires changed as necessary but it is great to take it in to a reputable place where the service is prompt & efficient & where the service people are friendly. We had a very good experience at Honda West having visited another Honda Dealership first. We got what we felt was a better deal and we appreciated the fact that the manager actually popped his head visited another Honda Dealership first. Syed was a very good sales person and negotiated our deal in a very professional manner. He also took the time when we picked up the car to go over all the details of the car and even sat int he car with me to explain a few highlights. I had a Honda Fit before so I knew the car but I appreciated him showing me the updated features.
