It was the Friday morning of an August weekend this past year, and I found myself in need of a vehicle to go away on holidays that Sunday (my aging vehicle – NOT a Honda - had decided that morning that it w year, and I found myself in need of a vehicle to go away on holidays that Sunday (my aging vehicle – NOT a Honda - had decided that morning that it was not in the mood for a road trip). Having heard of Honda West and Majed Larbe from a business associate, I gave Majed a call at about 10am. Right from that first encounter, Majed and the entire Honda West team have been outstanding! It was a very busy day for me at work preparing to leave on vacation and I had little time for a car purchase; Majed arranged everything by phone and email, including financing with Honda, and by 2pm we had selected my new 2013 Honda Civic and completed the deal. The absolutely incredible part was that Honda West managed to prepare the vehicle including all of the protection packages that I wanted applied to the interior and exterior for pickup on the Saturday afternoon – including registration! I had done my due diligence prior to signing and no other dealer came close in price and all had told me that there was no way I would be able to complete a deal, apply the protection packages and pickup my new car within what was essentially 24 hours. My wife was so impressed with my new Honda and the customer service that I received, two months later she purchased a 2014 CR-V Touring – her dream car - from Majed. When winter came, we went back to Majed for winter tires with rims, and all season floor mats for both cars; and while others in my office were scrambling and having to wait days for an appointment at their dealerships for winter tires along with everyone else in Calgary, we were both driving safely on the snowy roads. I recently had my first oil change done and I received the same outstanding customer service from the Service Department. Great product, great people with great attitudes and very competitive pricing. In a few years when my daughter is ready, she will get my Civic and I have my eye on my next dream car – the Honda Pilot! It’s so refreshing to have a relationship with a company that works so hard to earn our business. We love our Hondas! Thank you Majed Larbe and thank you Honda West. I booked an appointment in November for oil change for my Honda Accord 2012 purchased from Hondawest. My wife dropped off the car and when she went to pickup the car she was given invoice of $281.22, instea Honda Accord 2012 purchased from Hondawest. My wife dropped off the car and when she went to pickup the car she was given invoice of $281.22, instead of $50.27 for oil change. Hondawest did service of $223.88 plus $39.95 for checking tire pressure all this without getting my approval or permission. I received invoice from Crystal Martin, and I wanted to talk to her on phone but she never replied, I explained the issue to other agents on phone to Darrin and one more agent, they noted my concern and said they will explain to Crystal, they transferred call to her but she didn't pickup, 3rd time I call and left a voice message for her with my name and contact number but she never contacted me. I visited personally but even the Manager service at Hondawest could not explain me why they did extra service and charged without my permission. More

First off, Charles is the utmost professional and personable new sales gentleman! He really makes you feel good about your purchase and is very genuine. I wouldn't use anyone else! What would Honda do without her? She is the backbone to that service department. Personable, friendly, with it, and very efficient. I always ask for her. They are all very nice, but Karla is number one. :) More

Honda West are amazing! I bought a used Honda Civic for my son's 18th birthday and the service I received was no less than "Excellent". Awais and Steve went above and beyond to ensure my purchase was perfect for my son's surprise birthday present. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do to ensure the sale of the used vehicle and the working condition of the vehicle was 100% before I drove it off the lot. I would definitely recommend Honda West for the purchase of a vehicle. Excellent customer service is not seen often these days, but Honda West is an exception! This is the third Honda that we have purchased from Majed, and now I can't imagine the car buying experience without him - he makes the whole experience so much less stressful. The most awesome thing about dealing with Majed, is that it is not just about selling you a car, its about customer service, even after you drive away in your car. Even though he is a sales manager, Majed had no problem immediately coming to my aid recently when I had a service issue that required prompt attention; he helped make the whole process efficient and less of a hassle, and even pleasant!! Also instrumental in this process was Robert Orchard, the service manager. I am proud to say that I don't consider Majed our car salesman, I now consider him my friend. Your car buying experience will definitely be enriched if you deal with Majed!!! More

Excellent customer service! I stopped at Honda West without an appointment due to some mechanical issues I was experiencing with my Civic one morning on the way to work. Jonathan was able to take my c without an appointment due to some mechanical issues I was experiencing with my Civic one morning on the way to work. Jonathan was able to take my car in for an assessment and arranged shuttle service for me straight away. He kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the following week. Even though my Civic needed a lot of work, I felt that time that it took was reasonable for what needed to be done to ensure that I would be back in a safe and reliable car. It took slightly longer to get my car on the road than initally stated, however, Jonathan went out of his way to lend me a rental car so I wouldn't be without one during the extended time period. I fell very grateful to have had Jonathan as my Service Advisor. The care and kindness that he extended towards me was wonderful and what I would consider to be above and beyond. Thanks Jonathan! I needed to replace the battery in my CR-V prior to leaving on a trip to the BC interior in about ten days time. I called Darrell early morning December 10, made my request and I was most pleased whe leaving on a trip to the BC interior in about ten days time. I called Darrell early morning December 10, made my request and I was most pleased when he booked me the 2pm that afternoon. I delivered the car at the booked time. The work was completed and I was on my way about 45 minutes later. This is typical of the quality of service I have experienced with the service personnel at Honda West over the past 15 years I have dealt there. It is a pleasureable experience dealing with these people, and the quality of work performed by the technicians is top drawer. More
