The only thing that prevented me from giving a fifth star was that, when I came to pick up the vehicle, there had clearly been some communication failures between sales and finance staff team members and so things took quite a bit longer than they should have, but that was the only hiccup in an otherwise good experience More

I got exactly what I was looking for, at a fair price in a stress free environment. Brice seemed to be on call 24/7 to answer my questions and got me all of the information I asked for almost immediately. Concerns I had (minor paint damage and an interior scar) were addressed and repaired with excellent workmanship. I will definitely deal with Honda West in the future! More
