Best Sales Presentation I Ever Received The sales person that I dealt with during my entire sales experience was Nadeem Khan. He provided me with the most thorough sales presentation I have The sales person that I dealt with during my entire sales experience was Nadeem Khan. He provided me with the most thorough sales presentation I have ever received on any car I ever purchased. After asking a few question about the features I am looking for in a vehicle he took me to his office and pulled out the spec sheets for the various trim levels. He went through those spec sheets very methodical and answered any questions I had during that time. Nadeem was honest and upfront when I did not know an answer but always promised to find out. He did not xx his way through those questions like a many sales people I have come across. I respect someone that admits they don't know something but then find the correct answer for me. On the lot he showed me the vehicle I was interested in. Again he was very methodical in presenting the vehicle to me. He started with the outside of the vehicle, the engine compartment, the trunk space, and then the interior. First, he showed me how the interior can be re-configured into all kind of different settings, making the vehicle very flexible. He than, again, very thoroughly explained all the knobs, buttons, levers, screens, etc. After his presentation I was very familiar with the vehicle. We took the car for a test drive and Nadeem allowed me to experience the handling of the car without throwing in a bunch of sales talk or even worse, asking for a buying decision. When we returned he asked if I thought the vehicle match the things I was looking for and I had to say that it was perfect. We went back to his office to do some number crunching. During that time a man by the name of Robert came in and introduced himself as the sales manager. I was impressed that he would come and make the effort to meet me and assure me that they are all working together to give the customer the best sales experience possible and continue on that note and provide the best service experience possible. If you are looking to purchase a Honda I urge you to go and visit Honda West and ask for NADEEM KHAN. You won't get much better service than this young man provided. Hat's off to you, Nadeem! He was friendly, helpful, and it was very clear that he knew his products well. He was very sincere in wanting to help me find the car that would be right for me. He answered my endless questions patiently and honestly. If he was unsure about something, he'd check to make sure that his answer was correct. I appreciate and respect that. I had a difficult time letting go of my much loved 2002 Honda Accord. Although I saw a Civic that caught my eye and would be my 5th Honda, I hesitated. Brice showed me other cars and we drove them and talked about their pros and cons. As is obvious I have a very difficult time making a decision and have to take my time, leave and come back. Not once did I feel pressure from Brice to make a decision. When I finally did make the big decision Brice reminded me that I could come back as often as I needed and he'd answer whatever questions I had as I got used to my new car. He is and has been true to his word. I have been back several times. Brice has always found the time to help me with whatever questions I had. Just knowing that I can really come and ask and get the answer is amazing.I'm very appreciative. The team work and easy pleasant interactions with Brice, Steve Lancaster and Matt Baillie were great. The whole experience of trading my car, choosing and buying another Honda wasn't easy. But because of the patient and respectful way I was treated, my experience buying a car at Honda West was excellent. I don't know how any part of the whole transaction could have been improved.
