Great new sale & trade experiencie I came to Honda West after a not very satisfying experience in other dealership trying to get the new HR-V. My wife did some research and we decided c I came to Honda West after a not very satisfying experience in other dealership trying to get the new HR-V. My wife did some research and we decided come to Honda West and talk to Brice based on internet previous reviews, and the experience couldn’t be better. I was looking to get some value in my previous soon-to-be returned leased car and Honda West evaluated it and offered me a great deal on my new car. Brice was extremely helpful in providing me with pros and cons, in respect to the different trim choices for the HR-V based on my requirements. He also gave me some tips on maintenance and future trade options. I never felt pressure on finish the sale and kept focus on my needs all the time. On the delivery, Brice was very attentive to show all the features of the vehicle to me and my family. He also continued with their post-sale follow-ups, including bringing home the rubber mats I bought online. I really enjoyed the purchase experience with Honda West and Brice. There was a problem getting the colour and trims on the HR-V I wanted and I felt I wasn't given an accurate picture of how long it would take to get my car at the time I was making the decision to buy. However, once Majed got involved, I was able to get into a car I am happy with. I appreciated people staying in touch with me while they worked to find my car. Good follow-up since I've taken possession on a few items still outstanding. More

We had several minor issues with our van come up over the first three months of ownership and Brice made arrangements for everything to be repaired at no cost. He was responsive, and always took ownership of problems regardless of whether they were outside of his department. Purchasing any vehicle is a large undertaking, and we were pleased with the service we got from Brice; but it was his willingness and ability to make our van perfect for us, that has me giving him and Honda West a 5 star review. Although the location is inconvenient for us, we will undoubtedly be back to see Brice when we need our next car. More

Friendly & Helpful When we arrived our car was not ready to view since it had a flat tire. As a result we were late for an appointment later on but the salesman made up When we arrived our car was not ready to view since it had a flat tire. As a result we were late for an appointment later on but the salesman made up for it by allowing us to see underneath the car while the tire was being repaired, going the distance to retrieve as many service records as were available, and helping us find a registry that was still open at the late hour we made the deal. He also filled the tank before we left. My last experience at a dealership was a poor one-made a deal on the car then had to go thru countless offices while they tried to extract more money out of you. Ray kept things moving along and fast tracked this process- the price we initially agreed on was the price we paid. More
