From the minute I came into the show room, until I picked up my vehicle I was impressed with the prompt respons I recently picked up my new Honda HRV. Darrin did a great job of giving me an overview of my new HRV and its systems and capabilities on delivery day. Seeing as my last vehicle was a 1997 Honda CRV, it was a steep learning curve! Made buying a used car easy Walked in with no appointment to see a used car I wanted to look at for a possible purchase for my daughter. Sam Ghahremani was assigned to us. The car we wanted to look at had been sold that morning but Sam found us a couple of others based on my criteria; safe, mechanically sound, relatively low kms, automatic. We ended up buying a 2011 Nissan Sentra that was the cleanest, lowest kms used car I have ever seen. It was also a great deal. Sam was wonderful to deal with, personable, knowledgable, polite and accommodating. Steve arranged for delivery of the car to my residence when I was unable to pick it up myself,. Sam dropped the vehicle off personally and insisted on it being detailed before delivery although I couldn't see the necessity for it as the car was spotless. I will definitely contact them again when I need to buy another vehicle and unreservedly recommend them to others. Carrie J More
