Amazing Service! Another pleasant experience purchasing a car I just traded in my 2009 CRV for a new 2016 model. I found the experience pleasant and quite straight forward. The fleet manager, Jocelyn Barton, wo I just traded in my 2009 CRV for a new 2016 model. I found the experience pleasant and quite straight forward. The fleet manager, Jocelyn Barton, worked with me. She was very friendly, answering all my questions, and patiently waiting while I made my decision. When the new car was ready for pickup, she took over 60 minutes explaining the new car's features, making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. I got a reasonable trade in allowance on my old car, unbeatable financing rate (granted that this is set by Honda Canada), and a reasonable price for the new vehicle. This now the eighth vehicle I have purchased at this dealership. I return because of the good service, the good deals I've made, and the friendly atmosphere. More
