I found salespeople at other dealerships to be unfriendly, unhelpful, annoying, and persistent. At Honda West, everyone was friendly and helpful - not at all pushy, just happy to be there to assist in any way possible. It was a unique car-buying experience! We got a good deal and a ton of information about our new car! Cole took us for a test drive and showed us all the features of the car. He was lovely to deal with and made everything so easy! I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car!! More

Excellent service My husband and I were in the market for a new 2016 Honda Pilot and we were in a rush after our previous vehicle was written off in an accident. We were originally told it would likely be a 4 month wait because it would have to be factory built. I spoke to Jim Sarantis by phone and told him our predicament and asked if he could find anything. He called me back two days later to say someone had backed out of a deal and a brand new Pilot would be arriving in the next five days and asked if we would be interested. We immediately drove to Honda West to put down a deposit. Our new vehicle actually came in even sooner and it was ours a week after that first phone call to Jim. Excellent service, would highly recommend to anyone. More

Very caring and transparent team! I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months and I was very close to purchasing a Mitsubishi RVR, and never ended up doing so due to aggres I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months and I was very close to purchasing a Mitsubishi RVR, and never ended up doing so due to aggressive and poor customer service; I walked away with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. When I first went to Honda West, I was a little skeptical since my last dealership experience had been so poor. I test drove the hr-v with Darren and he was very relaxed, and intentional in making sure that I was getting the information I needed to know about my car of interest, without feeling pressured. When we went into his office to discuss options, he was very personable and honest. After our chat, I went to speak about finances with Awais, and he was also very kind and helpful. In the end, I decided to get the hr-v, not only because i love the vehicle, but because I was able to trust the team that took care of me. I would recommend Honda West and their team any day! More
