A wonderful experience My husband and I went to this Honda deanship to service my 5 yr. old Honda Civic. While there we looked at the new Hondas in the show room. I fell in love with a 2016 pearl white Honda Civic Turbo Touring with black leather interior. A customer service agent, named Jocelyn Barton, made my experience so pleasurable that I ended up buying the car. Jocelyn was so personable, friendly and professional; we bonded almost immediately and the whole experience was fun with no pressure to buy. I was not planning to buy Jocelyn was very helpful. My biggest problem was that she and my wife bonded so I was hopelessly out gunned . 😄 Our only problem was that there was Jocelyn was very helpful. Admittedly small but it was there and should have been noticed and fixed before we came to pick up the car. Now we have to take it to the paint shop, paid for by the dealer, and lose our time to do so. The most important thing I own is my time. Other than this, a very positive event. More
