Great, easy, honest process to purchase our new car We has already happily purchased 2 cars from Honda West but we had moved an hour away from the dealership. All kinds of extra fees and higher costs and dealing back and forth with the salesman and the manager. So back we go to Honda West where we were treated extremely well, given a fair trade in price and also a fair purchase price. They were very efficient with the process and had the colour of car delivered to their dealership (at no extra charge- unlike the $1700 the other dealership wanted) on time and showed us how all the new features worked. We couldn't be any happier with the process and I will most certainly drive the hour to get my car serviced there because of their professional style of business. More

New Ridgeline We purchased the original Ridgeline from Honda West in April 2005. It was one of the first Ridgeline's in Calgary and we loved the truck. We patiently waited for the new model and when it first arrived we immediately went back to Honda West to see it. Curtis was assigned as our salesman. He was polite, listened carefully and was very easy to deal with. We thought we would buy immediately, but a couple of features on the new truck were minor problems... back seat entry tighter.. underbed trunk configured differently. Curtis did not get frustrated with our dithering and we then actually considered a 2014 RL which Curtis set up a test drive patiently. This did not work out and Curtis continued to stay in touch but not in a pushy way. We actually ended up buying a totally loaded Ridgeline in Vancouver after we found out my wife's sister sold Honda's. When I let Curtis know this, his reaction was totally understanding and courteous. Curtis Brothers is an excellent car salesman. He is knowledgeable, not pushy, quite willing to listen to concerns and help work through issues. A real pro and we hope the best for him. More

I contacted the owner, Greg, who was extremely apologetic. He was also more than willing to turn the situation around and, in the end, made this a positive experience for me. Mistakes happen. It's how you deal with the mistakes that matter. I would definitely recommend Honda West and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. More
