Went to Honda West today asking for help to fix a panel that came off from my CRV dashboard. Michael received me in the service and tried to fix it. In a few minutes he realized he need help and called Dea that came off from my CRV dashboard. Michael received me in the service and tried to fix it. In a few minutes he realized he need help and called Dean from the shop. In 5 minutes all was fixed. This is my 4th Honda and is always a please to walk into Honda West. We had been searching for a used minivan for our growing family. We found exactly what we wanted at Honda West, contacted Jim, went to test drive it and he had everything ready for us.
