Found a used car I wanted, spoke to a salesman who told me to fill out a credit application. I did that right after talking to him. Over the next week I got emails from 4 different people asking if they could help, I told all of them I just wanted to know the timeline of my credit application. Only two actually responded to me and simply gave me a general guess without actually checking on mine specifically. After waiting a week I call them and find out that it didn't get sent in properly, someone was supposed to have emailed me a different one to fill out and never did. So they finally send it, I fill it out. Fast forward two days and I just want to check the car out because I was getting excited. It's no longer on the website. I call and find out they sold it to someone else because "we can only hold a vehicle if there's a deal being worked on", which I thought I had been very clear about buying this car. Offers to let me talk to the sales guy, he's busy, offers to let me talk to the used sales manager, he's busy. I leave the used sales manager a message and two days later, haven't heard from anybody at the dealership. Would not recommend, they definitely need to improve their service. More

Honest Dealer Syed helped us with the trade in of our vehicle towards the purchase of a used vehicle. The pricing of both the trade-in and the vehicle we bought was Syed helped us with the trade in of our vehicle towards the purchase of a used vehicle. The pricing of both the trade-in and the vehicle we bought was fair. Syed made comments on an earlier visit to the dealership and when we eventually did buy, he honored his promise to us. AMAZING, as he did not have to be that honest with us. We found his 'style' to be non-pushy and transparent, there were no surprise fees that showed up later. Less than six months after the purchase, an unexpected issue did show up in our vehicle. We met with Syed, he remembered us (which impressed us - thank you Syed). We discussed the issue. Syed decided to stand by his product and had the necessary repair made. We were blown away! That is why we are writing a review now, six months after getting our car. More

Robert was very professional and polite, he assessed my car and made a very reasonable offer. I accepted his offer, they did up the paperwork, and I walked out with a check in hand. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend that anyone looking to sell a late model used car give them a call. More
