UNETHICAL and uneducated sales staff I purchases a used minivan from Honda West, I was so excited to pick it up and I was driving off the lot - boom, transmission blown. They offered to I purchases a used minivan from Honda West, I was so excited to pick it up and I was driving off the lot - boom, transmission blown. They offered to find me another van that met my criteria but instead, they took me for a ride. Sold me a van with a bench seat (no stow and go capabilities) and point blank LIED to me saying 'yes you can stow the middle seat' and 'it just pops out if you want to put captain seats in'both of these statements are lies and have caused me so much grief. I'm currently struggling because fitting 2 car seats on a bench seat is impossible. I brought this to the attention of the manager and i was told 'that's unfortunate - we can sell you another van' which I found appalling. In addition to all of this garbage, the dealership pulled my credit FIVE times despite being approved with the first lender and then royally ripped me off on the price because they knew I needed a vehicle for my little ones right away. On the whole, these people are morally reprehensible, do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE! More

Great experience purchasing a new CRV! I recently purchased a 2019 CRV from Honda West and had a wonderful experience. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealship was very helpful, friendly I recently purchased a 2019 CRV from Honda West and had a wonderful experience. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealship was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The customer service was 10/10. I first went into Honda West in October to look at the 2018 CRV and Jake was super helpful. I decided to wait for the 2019s to arrive in January before I purchased. Between October and January Jake kept me updated on pricing and 2019 arrival dates. When I went back in January to purchase the CRV Jake helped me get a great price and made the entire process very easy. I dealt with Joubert in finance and he was great as well. When I went to pick up the CRV Darrin gave me a very thorough run through of the CRV and it’s features before leaving. I would recommend Honda West and Jake to everyone. I had a great experience with them and couldn’t be happier with my new CRV!! More
