I have 2 Hondas, one purchased at Honda West and have been servicing regularly, and satisfactorily, for 10 years. HOWEVER, recently I simply cannot get in for a regular service, oil change etc for weeks been servicing regularly, and satisfactorily, for 10 years. So, just like in the Mr Lube Ads...thats where I go now for my regular scheduled service. It's a real pity when a loyal and frequent customer cannot get service within a reasonable time. I don't hold it against the service folks, it's a MANAGEMENT issue and needs to be dealt with at that level. p.s. I also notice you ask for ZIP code in the registration. The Service Department is always busy and hard to book times. When you call the Service Department, the service agent never answers the phone, you need to leave a message.
