Nevertheless, as a result of the wonderful support from both Internet Sales Associate Alvin and Finance Manager Stephanie, we were able to finalize both the purchase and the financing entirely on-line. Alvin and Stephanie were always quick to reply, and were always extremely helpful and thorough during our dealings. I wasn't sure that a vehicle could be purchased entirely on-line from half-way across Canada; but Alvin and Stephanie proved me wrong. Alvin even went 'the extra mile' by obtaining and securing a front licence plate bracket for the vehicle, and by assisting with the car carrier shipping via MVS Canada. Great work; all around.
