Extremely poor customer service. After having my own negative experiences with them, I mentioned my experience to my insurance company (appraiser) and he said "I'm not surprised!" I went to another deal negative experiences with them, I mentioned my experience to my insurance company (appraiser) and he said "I'm not surprised!" I went to another dealership and was told they have 2-3 customers/week call or come in and say they had a negative experience at Pike Wheaton. I was in the market for a new(er) vehicle, but after my experiences with both their body shop (who can't follow simple instructions and seem to think it is acceptable to make decisions on their own without consulting the customer/vehicle owner), and their service department (very rude staff- Marina and Travis), I brought my concerns to the owner (Gordon), and he blamed me instead (because I'd had issues with their service department, then their body shop, and then gave their service department another try and still had issues). AVOID THIS BUSINESS! (They offered me a second FREE oil change, and I wouldn't even take that!) More
