No customer satisfaction I purchased at 2018 Chev Trax had issues from the start, in the 3 months of Ownership my vehicle sat at the Dealership for 2 1/2 months. No help from I purchased at 2018 Chev Trax had issues from the start, in the 3 months of Ownership my vehicle sat at the Dealership for 2 1/2 months. No help from the Dealership what so ever, I made the phone calls to GM, I pushed for an end to this nightmare. Still trying to finish things up with GM and Wheaton's in Red Deer, with no answers and no response. I would not recommend this using this Dealership if you want any kind of Customer Service, as I am not sure they even know what that is. More

Jacquie was very helpfully with reassuring me during this whole process, from me sending a million texts to her personal phone at all hours to even adding each other on Facebook, she was amazing through out the whole thing and we even made it as far as almost booking a flight to pick up my car, but unfortunately it didn’t end up working out. I’m hoping the next time I have a chance to get a vehicle I’ll be working with her again. More
inconsiderate dishonest rude intimidating evil I took my mothers van here for the 3rd time in about 10 months it was a late 2000 year uplander for service. the past to time I had spent about 6400.0 I took my mothers van here for the 3rd time in about 10 months it was a late 2000 year uplander for service. the past to time I had spent about 6400.00 in repairs. which i dont blame them for things go wrong and it was past warranty but on this 3rd visit I was told that the engine would need replacing and that they didn't want to waste anymore of my money(maybe 150.00 more) to make sure it was the engine instead they told me would be best to save the 2 hours or whatever in labour. in other words they advised me for to buy a new vehicle. which we were going to do as I was "salesmened) they sold me. Mom and I picked a vehicle but told them we would not be buying until but dad was back in town next week. I should mention that I had a emergency surgery on my pancreas 2 days before and could not stand for long or lift more then 5 pounds. They knew this as I had told them why I had not been in with Mom sooner. My mother had left her drivers licence they because they never gave it back to her or even call and tell us they had it. I spotted it myself on the sales mans filing cabinet. She also left some paperwork there with her personal info. She had also asked me to bring this back. I asked for it and they game me the around for 2 hours, Telling me stories about how it was with finaned when I asked them for it they told me the salesman had it, he told me he lost it. keep in my they all know my face is green and I can't stand for long beausae I just had a emergency surgery. The sales men actually used the F work on my in the middle of the show room(only other staff were around) finally the sales women pulled the paper work our of her drawer but when I first asked her for it the sales man was and she told him to get it from his office obvious to me now that was a ploy to bot give it to me because they were worried I was gonna go somewhere else. DON'T DEAL WITH THE ESPECIALLY COREY he's the one that that used the f work on me in the show room. long storey short I was told the bill would be cancelled out for the non service also the vehicle was not returned with the engine put together so its still sitting there cause it can't be driven.NO ENGINE now! Anyway my Mom just received a letter saying we owe and that it has been sent to the credit bureaus for the longest time possible and it was very rude. They just started a war! More
Wonderful experience! Couldn't be happier! My husband and myself just purchased a new Silverado from Zennon at Pike Wheaton. We had been in a few times over the last year shopping around and ea My husband and myself just purchased a new Silverado from Zennon at Pike Wheaton. We had been in a few times over the last year shopping around and each time he was so helpful and patient with us. My husband wanted a lot of upgrades and can be very picky. Zennon really went out of his way to make sure we got everything we could possibly want. He always took his time with us and made sure we were happy. He even went as far as to change over my daughters car seat for me when we picked up the new truck. The whole process was so smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great deal! Their whole staff was so friendly and helpful! Thanks again guys! More
Extremely poor customer service. After having my own negative experiences with them, I mentioned my experience to my insurance company (appraiser) and he said "I'm not surprised!" I went to another dealership and was told they have 2-3 customers/week call or come in and say they had a negative experience at Pike Wheaton. I was in the market for a new(er) vehicle, but after my experiences with both their body shop (who can't follow simple instructions and seem to think it is acceptable to make decisions on their own without consulting the customer/vehicle owner), and their service department (very rude staff- Marina and Travis), I brought my concerns to the owner (Gordon), and he blamed me instead (because I'd had issues with their service department, then their body shop, and then gave their service department another try and still had issues). AVOID THIS BUSINESS! (They offered me a second FREE oil change, and I wouldn't even take that!) More
