This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles or their service department. I bought a used car from them; it was 2013 with only 125000 km on it. Within the first week it was having idle problems and their service department. I bought a used car from them; it was 2013 with only 125000 km on it. Within the first week it was having idle problems and stalling. I took it in and they said oh I guess we will have to replace the battery. I wasn’t even informed there was a problem with the battery, not that a battery would cause idle and stalling issues. They changed out the battery and it solved nothing with the car. I brought it back in and they looked and said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. All they did, I think, was look for codes. They reset the computer in it and told me to drive like an old man for a while to retrain the computer on how I drive. This still did nothing for the idle/stalling issues. Took it back in after a week and said it was still having the same problems. They kept the car for the whole day and still said there was nothing wrong with it. After a month or more of stalling the service light came on. I was like yes it finally threw a code they can read. Took it in and they found a code and said it needed timing camshaft actuators. They booked it in and replaced them and changed the oil. I drove it around for about a month with still some idle issues but hey at least it wasn’t stalling now. Had it in for another oil change and they said it looked good. Drove it to a friend’s house on Christmas Eve and when I went to leave it would not start. It had no compression and there was a lot of grinding when I turned it over. This was only 7000 km after they “fixed it”. Had to wait to after the holiday to get it towed back to the dealership and they said opps sorry your engine is toast. Camshaft actuators, timing sensors and timing chain all broke and wrecked the engine. They said they would get me a quote for the engine replacement. I asked why I would I get a quote as this shouldn’t be my bill. The service guy said ya, it shouldn’t but he said I would have to call sales. Called sales and the first manager I talked to said he would find a trade for me and call me back, 3 days later no call. I called again and got a different manager and he said there was nothing they could do about it and I would have to pay to fix it. I told him I wanted to talk to the general manager and he said he get him to call me. A week later and several phone calls later still no GM to talk to. After a couple more days I finally got him and he said nope nothing they would do and I should have bought the extended warranty. I told him I would have if I had known there was one. They tried to sell me every other warranty you could think of, glass, paint and a couple of others. They made me get this weird one where they etch the car and if it gets stolen and written off they will give me $5000 dollars towards a new car…… So after all this I still no car, no solution for this dealership and no money to get it fixed. These guys really don’t have any sense of what a community business is and how it should treat its customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! All they care about is getting your money. More

Worst experience buying a care in over 40 years. Spent over $30,000 on a used car and they didn’t change the oils or even top up the washer fluid (it took 3/4 of a jug to fill). We explained to Alvin and others in the dealership that we lost everything in the fort McMurray fire and that we need a break everyone has had their hands in our pockets. These people took us on our trades for over $10,000! Yes I understand they need to make money but wow, seriously! Oh yeah, they offered me a free oils change and a jug of washer fluid. What a slap in the face. We put our trust in these people and they took advantage of us. More
