I found the truck that meets my needs, except, there was issues with it that were not disclosed during the negotiations. Paid for the shop to do a relearn on the Trans, for an issue that GM, and the deale issues with it that were not disclosed during the negotiations. Paid for the shop to do a relearn on the Trans, for an issue that GM, and the dealership was aware of. I was not. Hence, the issue is still present, and I'm out over $200.00. After 3 months of trying to contact Onstar to activate the service, I find out the hardware in the truck is defective. Wheaton expects me to pay out of pocket to fix it. If the shop would have done a system check, they would have known. Now, after talking to service, and tye sales general manager, they are unwilling to take ownership of the problem! Very unprofessional, and not at all concerned about customer service! More

We bought new and found the financing side of it very efficient and easy to understand. The sale went very smoothly. The sales part of it left a lot to be desired. We found Sach to be uninformed about efficient and easy to understand. The sale went very smoothly. The sales part of it left a lot to be desired. We found Sach to be uninformed about the vehicle and failed to give us correct answers on some questions we had. Also was disappointed that he was trying to get my hard of hearing husband to write a flattering review about him right in his office in his presence. I was very disappointed in that. Reviews are suppose to be heartfelt and spontaneous, not coerced. We love the car and found the rest of the sale to be star worthy . More
