Recently I had my vehicle in for cleaning and oil change. Cam asked if I needed anything. He dropped everything when I said the auto door lock feature was driving me crazy. He came out and showed me AGAIN how to fix it changing it from 30 to 90 seconds. He never acts impatient or annoyed and always has time and a smile. More

The 2015 CR-V is the third Honda we have purchased from McFadden Honda and we have always been pleased with the sales approach and the after sales ser The 2015 CR-V is the third Honda we have purchased from McFadden Honda and we have always been pleased with the sales approach and the after sales service. We have been a customer dating back to 2003. This time Cam Stobbs handled our sale and was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we were seeking then focused on the model and options that met our needs. We had a number of questions and if he didn't have the answer at hand took us to the service shop to get the answer from mechanics familiar with the model. We were also considering a competitor's offering and that aspect was handled ensuring we knew the merits of the Honda and with respect for the competition - this is as it should be. He also ensured we knew the basics of the features on the vehicle as we took delivery and these days that entails as much or more about menu navigation and drop down settings than drivetrains and handling. Stu Sinclair sourced the model and colour that we sought and had it delivered from another dealer's stock and ready for delivery within a few days at a competitive price. This was important to us as our previous 2009 CR-V was written off after an accident. Amanda Pocock was her usual helpful self in getting the paper work together.
