We found out we had a tire pressure sensor that wasn't working and they quickly got us in to have it checked out. It's been a great relationship so far. Would recommend McFadden Honda to anyone. More

I love McFadden Honda because there is a feeling of respect and that shows in their employees and customers. 2014 Honda Civic EX In May, 2014 I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic Ex car. On September 28, 2014 the garage where I park the car was flooded (condo) and the car sat in In May, 2014 I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic Ex car. On September 28, 2014 the garage where I park the car was flooded (condo) and the car sat in three feet of water. As a result, the insurance company wrote the car off. I drove to McFadden Honda to see if they had any 2013's left but, alas not. However, they had one 2014 Honda Civic EX on floor and as it was the last one, I put money down to hold this vehicle. As it took a couples of weeks to deal with the insurance company, I then went back to put more money on the car, but McFadden assured me that it was not necessary and that they would hold the car. This is my third Honda - the first was a used 1998 Honda Accord which served me well. The second being the 2013 and now my new 2014. The newer model has a couple of new additives which I appreciate. Beautiful little car and I will certainly enjoy owning and driving it. More

We tend to keep our vehicles for a long time, and the service department absolutely is great to deal with! We feel like we're a part of the McFadden Family as they great us by name every time! The Product Specialist we spoke with, Matt Bourbeau, was exemplary! His no-nonsense business sense was refreshing, and he showed us all the new tech and safety features of the CRV, and actually took us on a real-world test drive! He has no problems showing us the benefits of Honda's Real Time AWD system when we asked, and took us through some very steep and rough terrain. The CRV handled everything we threw at it, and more! When we went across the street to the competition, they wouldn't let us drive their small SUV on gravel, let alone off-road, as they said it might wreck something! Matt was right! If you don't have confidence in your product, how can you expect your customers too? TOP NOTCH experience! Definitely worth the trip! Amanda in the finance office is wonderful as well, and very keen attention to detail! 10 out of 10 - every time! The staff are total professionals who strive for customer satisfaction with every step. Not having an available car one of the salesmen, Matt, drove to the other side of town just so I could do a test drive. Matt drove first and took me on a real test drive..we went off road a bit so I could get a real feel of what the CR-V could actually do. I read reviews and saw videos on Youtube, but it was nothing like actually being in the car trying to get muddy. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to "sell" me the car, he let the car do the selling for him. Shortly after I was dealing with their Sales Manager Stu on the final details and he was so friendly and remembered me and my family. Amanda is in the finance area and she's very helpful and honest. My 1 year old son was with me and into everything and she went through the details with a big smile on her face and made me feel very comfortable even though my kid was playing with all her pens are markers. When Matt/Stu wasn't available to give me final delivery she even helped me set up the new Bluetooth feature in my car and went over some other cool features with me before I left. I've honestly bought every car I've owned from McFadden and I'm glad to be a customer of theirs. There was a lot of competition for my business now that everyone was trying to clear out the 2014 models and I'm glad I came home...to Honda. More
Went to the dealer to buy a new vehicle. There was a "demo" on the lot that was now 2 model years old that was back with the new vehicles. This vehicle had a new sticker on it indicating to my wife and "demo" on the lot that was now 2 model years old that was back with the new vehicles. This vehicle had a new sticker on it indicating to my wife and I that this vehicle, while having been driven, was still considered new. We inquired about the vehicle. The salesman was not able to help us the day that we were there as he was helping someone else and they were about to close. My wife left her name with the salesman to talk about buying a new vehicle. After several phone calls to her because we are fairly busy during the day we finally setup an appointment to come in and look at a "new" vehicle. My wife had asked me before calling what vehicle we should look at. I remarked that the incentives for the 2 model year old vehicle were not good enough to bother with it. In light of that we decided that we were going to look at an actual new vehicle that has not been registered yet. Sounds good right. Well we finally get off of work and trot down to the dealership that we have had so much trouble getting into during business hours. Low and behold what vehicle is it that greets us. A 2 year old vehicle that has been registered to the dealership owner. The same vehicle that my wife told Don Hildebrand that we did not want to see. I did not know how the conversation went at that point so I just went with it. We went out on a test drive and soon found out that because this vehicle had been registered before that it did not quality for new dealer incentives. What was the point to buying this vehicle. They can reduce the price all they want. This was a 2 model year old vehicle that 7did not qualify for the new incentives. When Don Hildebrand finally said that this vehicle was likely at 7% or so I looked at my wife with the look of "what the xxxx are we driving this vehicle for?". She was thinking the same thing. At this point I didn't know what her conversation was with Don. When we got back to the dealership we mentioned that we wanted to look at the 2013 and 2014 models, which were in fact new models. To this he replied "they have the same layout". Huh??? We said all along that we didn't want a used 2012 touring model but rather a new 2013 EX model. Didn't have the time of day for us to deal on a new car but all the shady underhanded tricks to sell a used model that he makes more money on. I have to tell you that we bought a 2008 Honda Civic that I was not very happy with as it wasn't the normal "Honda" quality that I have had before. I am willing to give Honda one more chance. However, if when we buy our new Honda Odyssey (from another dealer other than McFadden) and it doesn't live up to the quality that I pay for, I will never be back. Honda, you are on notice and judging by the volume of complaints about the 2000's models I am not alone. Do not go to this dealer. I advise to use unhaggle and get the best deal outside of Lethbridge. This is what happens when you are the only dealer in town. More
My husband I bought a used vehicle at this dealership In January after trading in our vehicle (our vehicle was barely 5 years old, with under 60,000 kms on it)5 months later we take our new,"used" vehicle b January after trading in our vehicle (our vehicle was barely 5 years old, with under 60,000 kms on it)5 months later we take our new,"used" vehicle back for a simple oil change and are told by service it needs $2000 in repairs. We are told they can trade it in for us, but it has magically depreciated over $5000 already. In 5 months??? Then we are told they can split the cost of the repair with us. Is this not why we buy from dealerships?? So we have piece of mind that we are looked after? We have spent over $50,0000 at this dealership and are repeat customers. We will never again purchase a new or used vehicle from this dealership, and would suggest the same to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We felt very taken advantage of, and they dont care about you once you buy from them. Very poor customer service, even from upper management. More
Dealing on a used Honda Civic on a monday. Was told that they were going to hold the vehicle for me while it was being serviced and to come back at wednesday to finalize the transaction. Came back wednesday they were going to hold the vehicle for me while it was being serviced and to come back at wednesday to finalize the transaction. Came back wednesday only to find the Civic was sold to another person on tuesday. Dealer did not contact me between monday and wednesday. Sales manager treated with disrespect regarding my inquiry as to why they did not hold the vehicle as promised. More
