My first experience with McFadden Honda was when our Honda Fit was in the shop for a repair. I visited the new car sales and was introduced to Cris Laidlaw. I took a HRV for a test drive. I decided that a mid-sized pickup was better suited to our needs so I returned and took a Ridgeline for a test drive. I purchased a Ridgeline, trading in a late model vehicle. Cris arranged the delivery of the Ridgeline and picked up my trade as I was to be out of the country before the Ridgeline arrived. I live an hour from Lethbridge and I have to say, Cris and company went above and beyond, in my opinion. There were a few challenges to complete the paperwork and payment with me being out of the country. Lethbridge Honda has the expertise to make it happen. So thanks to Cris Laidlaw and all the support staff at Lethbridge Honda. More
