Great someday turnaround on emergency service. Brand new truck with only 300 kilometres had a faulty power steering code and first 4 Ford dealers in Toronto (Downtown Ford, Donway, Heritage and Yorkdale For truck with only 300 kilometres had a faulty power steering code and first 4 Ford dealers in Toronto (Downtown Ford, Donway, Heritage and Yorkdale Ford) wouldn't even schedule an appointment as I was an out of town customer. Weston Ford advised me to bring the truck in right away to diagnose and or repair same day. Within 1 hour had all the issues addressed with excellent service and follow up. More

Terrible customer service. After going there 10 yrs, I tried to book a recall and oil change both online and by leaving phone but no one responded. I explained that due to my work schedule, it was difficult to do so and, given my previous difficulties trying to book, how could they help me get the car in. The answer was a terse: “Sorry, nothing we can do.” I’m ready to upgrade to a new vehicle but won’t be doing business with Weston Ford again. More
