Worst Customer Service Ever Experianced This was the first time and the last time we will ever deal with this dealership. At the beginning of the month we brought my husbands truck in to This was the first time and the last time we will ever deal with this dealership. At the beginning of the month we brought my husbands truck in to have it fixed. Seeing how we did not know what was actually wrong with the truck we asked that they go over our truck with a fine tooth comb and fix everything. In the week your service department had our truck they found quite a bit wrong and fixed it to the sum of $6000.00. On the day we picked up the truck I asked if they fixed everything to which they replied the truck is as good as new. My husband drove the truck off lot and home. The very next day we took his truck to Sherwood park and along the way I noticed the truck had a shake and a faint burning smell. Thinking the shake was due to the tire rotation they had done. On the way home we noticed the shake was still there so I decided the next day I would call the dealership. Which as it turns out is not open on the weekends to take calls. My husband who works in Fort McMurray had to leave for work calls me half way there and tells me that he can not drive over 80km and he can smell exhaust in the truck and to get a hold of then as soon as possible. So I called and spoke to the service manager again and he said to bring the truck back to them and they would go over the truck again. We had our truck back for 5 days before it was back in the shop. A few days later after multiple phone calls we finally receive a call that the u joint they fixed the pair had seized and the y they put in for the exhaust had a crack and they would be fixing it for us and would call as soon as our truck was ready. After waiting and no return call I called again to request an update only to be told by a service attendant that there was a strange situation with our truck that needed to be looked into. When I asked for clarification he was very hesitant to tell me my transmission had an extensive crack. I asked or the service manager to call me back to which I waited four hours before I called again only to discover once again my message was not delivered and that he was only just hearing about the situation regarding our truck. I asked him if our transmission was fine when we left he said yes they fixed the cracked drip tray but the transmission was fine. In trying to figure out what happened in the five days we had our truck back a crack that extensive happened we where basically told because we drove the truck that we where told was perfectly fine it was our fault the transmission was ruined and we needed a new one. So once again we bit the bullet and paid $3500.00 to have a new one put into our truck. Yesterday we called to check on the status of our truck and where promised a call back when it was ready that never happened. So today we drove once again to pick up our truck paid the fee only to go to our truck and discover that all our tires where close to flat and that they had broken my husbands handheld interlock device. No one told us about the damage to the device that we now have to pay for the repairs on. In a month we have given this dealership close to $10000.00 and have gotten nothing but headaches and a bad taste left in our mouths due to the lack of customer service. AS a customer I do expect a certain degree of service when it come to that large of a sum of money. I completely understand that accidents do happen but to not even acknowledge it shows blatant disrespect for their customers. And we will be taking this higher than just a review left on Facebook. More

Colby kept me informed of production, shipping & delivery dates and ensured the truck arrived exactly like I had ordered. When taking delivery of the truck, Colby & Randy answered all inquires before letting me driving away. Wanting to customize this truck to my likings, I worked with Katie, Terry & Colby to make my vision a reality. They not only purchased the parts, they took the time to research and make sure I was getting the exact look I wanted. When it came to installation, Brady & Wayne and their team of professional mechanics ensured that all parts were installed to GM's high standards. They confirmed that all parts worked properly and any questions regarding the invoice were answered. When I was looking at vehicles (new) Equinox, John was extremely friendly and helpful.
