After looking at all of our options and vehicles, we left with a brand new Kia Rio! Nav was excellent in serving us! He spent more than two hours with us going over financing and options! We both left the dealership stating how pleasant the experience was! Nav quickly answered any questions we had via either email or phone! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Noticeable service dropoff I bought a new 2014 Kia Forte from this dealership in January 2014. Car has been great. There was one recall for a minor issue, which the dealersh I bought a new 2014 Kia Forte from this dealership in January 2014. Car has been great. There was one recall for a minor issue, which the dealership handled quickly and without any convenience to me. My heater fan started to make noises about a year ago, but again, the service was terrific. John and Albert have always taken really good care of me: pleasant, knowledgeable, setting expectations for work completion. Well, I just had a scheduled service through the dealership and it was a colossal cluster f**k. First of all, the service advisor (Paulette) didn't even take a walk around the car, noting any damage, nor did she check the odometer reading. Instead, she just asked me what it was. Then she told me to expect the car by the end of the day. Someone would call me. Right. My appointment was for 8 am yesterday (Friday., Nov. 25) but no one bothered to call me. I phoned the dealership and left a message late yesterday, but no one called back. This morning I kept calling the dealership from the start of is regular business hours, but again, no one picked up. I left a further message, then decided, at my own expense, to go in person. It was a different service advisor from the one I spoke to yesterday and sure enough, my car was waiting out front, with my keys on the back service counter. When I was presented with my bill, they had over-charged me by $100+. Luckily for me, I've had this type of service done in the past, so I knew what the bill should have been. They even tried charging me $20 for a winter tire change over, even though when I made my appointment, the service advisor told me that the switch would be free, since I had my tires on separate rims. In any case, they revised the bill, but the biggest take away from this is: John Pacheco and Albert no longer work there. Both have moved on elsewhere. It shows, sadly. I trusted those two. Poor customer service. I drive a Kia forte 2014 and all of sudden the car AC started collecting condensation water in the car. The water started leaking in the car below the glove compartment. I took my car to west Toronto immediately on 17/10 and was told by George Salvador fleet manager that I should come tomorrow to get it fixed and It is safe to drive the car. I called next day to book app, but was told by John Pacheco that the earliest he can resolve the issue is on Friday 21/10. I am so upset when they delay a issue which can fixed and how am I suppose to drive my car with water coming in the passenger compartment. Awful service. More

I have logged almost 500K klms on two Kia vehicles and they have always kept my cars running hassle-free. I trust them with my vehicles and they always make sure I leave happy. I will be purchasing my 3rd Kia, and the one major reason I will be going back to WTK is because of the trustworthy folks in the Service Dept. I highly recommend WTK. More

AWFUL They literally took my car which was a 2009 Kia Sportage in mint condition and didn't pay me for it but made me pay the buyout of 8k, although my car They literally took my car which was a 2009 Kia Sportage in mint condition and didn't pay me for it but made me pay the buyout of 8k, although my car was worth 14k. They sold me a Kia Sedona, which was absolutely a piece of junk. Due to being in a hurry to bring my family to the cottage for the long weekend last year I signed the contract in hast and by the time that I realized that I had gotten ripped off, the owner would not return my call. The service department sucks! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I basically handed them a brand new car. More
I have a 2009 Rondo. John and his guys have always treated me fairly. I have never felt that unneeded work was being recommended. They also seem quite affordable. We are promised they could release the car on friday,Then became saturday. We got the car but they screwed up our contract as the 90days no payment wasnt applied. They made us come back monday morning as the became saturday. We got the car but they screwed up our contract as the 90days no payment wasnt applied. Our day got wasted, lost money bec my husband had to take a day off w/no pay. Its been very stressful for us, this is been going on for 3wks, back and forth for nothing. More
