Taking advantage of unsuspecting people I own a 2009 Mitusbishi Lancer which was purchased at West Side Mitusbishi by my daughter new. I subsequently purchased the car from her in 2015. La I own a 2009 Mitusbishi Lancer which was purchased at West Side Mitusbishi by my daughter new. I subsequently purchased the car from her in 2015. Last October I took the car to Mitsubishi to have the sensors reset on the TPMS as it appears only Mitsubishi has the equipment to reset them properly. When the work was completed and I was paying my bill, the service personnel told me that I had 7 light and signal bulbs out on the car that should be replaced and would I like to have that done at the same time. Each bulb was quoted at $5 or less and the total estimated cost was $195.50. I said no I didn't want the work done then and left the dealership. As I suspected, all of the lights/signals were working fine with the exception of the license plate bulb which I was already aware of. Despite this, I decided to give the dealership one more chance. I booked an appointment for this morning for 7:45 am to only have my winter/summer tires switched, rotated, and sensors reset. I was the first person there this morning (arrived early at 7:20 am). When I arrived, I also mentioned to the service personnel about the light bulb "misunderstanding" back in October. He just shrugged his shoulders. Despite booking and arriving early (as I explained to them when booking; to avoid missing work) for a relatively simple appointment, my car was not ready to go until 9:45am, I received no explanation or apology and I was an hour late for work. I am finished with West Side Mitsubishi. I know that some have received good service there but I certainly haven't. The treatment I have received from this dealership is unconscionable. Very disappointing that they take advantage of customers just because the think they can. I will not go back again and I would encourage others, especially women, to be careful. More
Extremely disappointed I went here my my 48000 service and unfortunately I won’t be returning they did the service which included a tire rotation and a oil change which cost I went here my my 48000 service and unfortunately I won’t be returning they did the service which included a tire rotation and a oil change which cost me over 380 dollars then they told me I would need a transmission service as to which I declined as that was going to cost me over 300 dollars, can’t remember the exact amount but I believe it was somewhere between 320-350. Now if I had of went to any other Mitsubishi dealership for that service, the transmission would have been done and most places are charging around 600 for the full service and include the transmission which yes is expensive but works out a xxxx of a lot cheaper than what westside are charging. Now the icing on the cake for me was being hassled by a salesman about selling my car and how he had someone looking to buy the exact same car, he said he could offer me more than what I paid and had the cheek to ask what I paid and what my payments are, but of course I would have to make a decision my the end of the day. I didn’t come here to sell my car I came to get it serviced don’t hassle people that are just waiting. More
$56.00 Labor for light bulbs!??? Yet again....why do I keep returning to this location? I should have learned my lesson from my previous experience on the wipers?! Well I was charged $7.75 for two light bulbs not an issue as I was getting other work done here at the same time. However I was charged a WHOPPING $56.00 BLOODY DOLLARS IN LABOR!????? I could have done them myself, one was a license plate? xxx! If you go to Mr. Lube they change them for FREE, even if you don't get your oil changed! Called to complain, Service Manager gave my husband a snarky attitude. More

Excellent service We bought an 2014 Outlander from West Side Mitsubishi in 2015 and since then the scheduled service on this unit has been excellent . We took the Outlander in today to get the snow tires changed and as usual the service was friendly and efficient . I have also punched a 2009 Eclipse Spyder privately and I will also get the service people here to do the scheduled maintenance on it also . We have been very satisfied with West Side Mitsubishi and will continue to use there excellent services .. More

After a road test with a technician, he told me he wasn't sure that my exhaust was making noise, but he'd check out all the bolts anyway. Surprise surprise, exhaust bolts where found to be lose. They where tightened and the vehicle returned to me. After a quick drive down the block the noise was gone and I was another happy Mitsu owner. I was not pleased that I had to return to test drive it myself, but I was beyond elated that the problem was FINALLY fixed! I will most certainly return to Westside for ALL of my repair work! More
