Terrible experience, wife dropped car off tuesday last week(April 9th) . We were Told that it needed a new transmission. Approval needed for warranty work, and we were told it would take 2-3 days to hear week(April 9th) . We were Told that it needed a new transmission. We were Told each time we called "I would check with the tech in the back and call you back" we never got called back and when we called back we were told the same thing over and over again. It is now Friday the 19th. With no answers, no car. The service dept is a joke with 0 accountability, asked to speak with service manager and we get the run around, ask for the general manager and we get the run around. Called and left message for both and no call backs. Do not bring your vehicle here. More
