​I'm writing this review to share my incredibly disappointing experience at West Side Mitsubishi. Like many people, I was excited to buy a new car, but the process has been frustrating from the sta disappointing experience at West Side Mitsubishi. Like many people, I was excited to buy a new car, but the process has been frustrating from the start. ​I drove all the way from Airdrie to Edmonton because of an offer that turned out to be a classic bait-and-switch. On delivery day, June 21st, for my new 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, I noticed several issues with the vehicle's condition even before I took possession. I found a dent on the driver's side door sill, scratches on every door handle pocket, scratches on the tailgate, peeling clear coat on the right front wheel rim, and a scratch on the front bumper. ​On top of the cosmetic damage, the "Winterization Package" I paid for was incomplete, as I was not given a full tank of gas. I also discovered a week later that the horn wasn't working due to a missing fuse—a resolved issue that still makes me question if a proper pre-purchase inspection was ever done. ​I was willing to give the dealership a chance to make things right, but for the past three months, all of my attempts to resolve these issues have been completely ignored. I have not received a single email reply or phone call back from the sales staff or management. ​It's truly a shame that a new car buying experience could be soured by such a complete lack of professionalism and communication. I sincerely hope they improve their practices for future customers. More
