Worst Experience I was dealing with this dealership for 4 weeks as I live in Calgary and work two jobs. After finally getting confirmation that I could have the car I I was dealing with this dealership for 4 weeks as I live in Calgary and work two jobs. After finally getting confirmation that I could have the car I wanted for the price and interest rate I offered I decided to rent a car and drive to Edmonton. The salesman knew that I was coming and that I had rented a car. After driving three hours the salesman told me that they could no longer do the deal that we agreed on because the manager had reduced the price on the car 5 days prior. Instead of telling me this before I left Calgary, they let me drive all the way to Edmonton hoping that I would change my mind? I didn't get the car ... I emailed the GM to make a complaint and he told me that "they did not make any promises that they did not honour". I asked him to cover my $60 for gas for driving to Edmonton and he said no. This has been the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. More
