From Alberta to Toronto Thnx To West Side Mitsubishi! After having my 2015 Evo written off thanks to a transport truck i was forced to hunt for a new one. Unfortunatley being 2017 and Evos now discontinued the last few Final Editions that were left here in Toronto Ontario were way over priced ! But supply and demand and dealers wouldnt budge. Here comes in Brian and the team at West Side. They managed to not only lock up my Final Edition for a great price they made my purchase so easy and hassle free. i dealt with many of the staff in various departments for a month until the car got to me and not once did i ever have a bad encounter. West Side Mitsubishi gave me better service than 3 Other local dealers ive dealt with before in Toronto. ( i have a 2010 lancer GTS and bought an Evo so im on my 3rd Mitsu ) car got shipped to Toronto and i lived happily ever after banging gears Thanks again guys! More

Excellent service We bought an 2014 Outlander from West Side Mitsubishi in 2015 and since then the scheduled service on this unit has been excellent . Fixed the problem! So another dealer (North side) told me that the horrible noise coming from my BRAND NEW car was normal. After a road test with a technician, he told m So another dealer (North side) told me that the horrible noise coming from my BRAND NEW car was normal. After a road test with a technician, he told me he wasn't sure that my exhaust was making noise, but he'd check out all the bolts anyway. Surprise surprise, exhaust bolts where found to be lose. They where tightened and the vehicle returned to me. After a quick drive down the block the noise was gone and I was another happy Mitsu owner. I was not pleased that I had to return to test drive it myself, but I was beyond elated that the problem was FINALLY fixed! I will most certainly return to Westside for ALL of my repair work! More

service department lied took car in for a recall. they did an "inspection of my vehiicle. Told me I needed a new timing belt and that 3 markerlights were burned out.. Chan took car in for a recall. they did an "inspection of my vehiicle. Told me I needed a new timing belt and that 3 markerlights were burned out.. Changed timing belt 6 months ago for $600.00. only 1 marker light was burned out. bulb cost 1.50 at my local gas station. their total estimate was about 1100.00 for work that did not have to be done. This is not the first time they have pulled this on me. my vehicle is off waranty in a coule of months. I willnever deal with these theives again! More

Absolutely Disgraceful Deceit I had the WORST experience ever with this dealership. SPECIFICALLY with Bilal and Maeen! Every time they called me, they said that they had the car i I had the WORST experience ever with this dealership. SPECIFICALLY with Bilal and Maeen! Every time they called me, they said that they had the car i wanted, but then when I would reach the dealership, they would say: "oh sorry its sold" YET THEY JUST CALLED ME 5 MINUTES BEFORE!?! When I would arrive at the dealership (multiple times), they would keep trying to force me to buy other cars. The last time they did this, he told us that a car I wanted was ready to be sold within 2 days. We waited for over a week! And all while I was RENTING A CAR! After the week, the car still never showed up, yet they kept trying to sell me other cars. They kept feeding me lies so I would show up over and over again. All I gained from the was the knowledge that this is the worst dealer ever. More
