After a road test with a technician, he told me he wasn't sure that my exhaust was making noise, but he'd check out all the bolts anyway. Surprise surprise, exhaust bolts where found to be lose. They where tightened and the vehicle returned to me. After a quick drive down the block the noise was gone and I was another happy Mitsu owner. I was not pleased that I had to return to test drive it myself, but I was beyond elated that the problem was FINALLY fixed! I will most certainly return to Westside for ALL of my repair work! More
This is my 3rd vehicle from here . Louis was excellent I have been coming here since 2009 and have seen the same Manger and service techs for the whole time and they treat me very well. service department lied took car in for a recall. they did an "inspection of my vehiicle. Told me I needed a new timing belt and that 3 markerlights were burned out.. Chan took car in for a recall. they did an "inspection of my vehiicle. Told me I needed a new timing belt and that 3 markerlights were burned out.. Changed timing belt 6 months ago for $600.00. only 1 marker light was burned out. bulb cost 1.50 at my local gas station. their total estimate was about 1100.00 for work that did not have to be done. This is not the first time they have pulled this on me. my vehicle is off waranty in a coule of months. I willnever deal with these theives again! More

Absolutely Disgraceful Deceit I had the WORST experience ever with this dealership. SPECIFICALLY with Bilal and Maeen! Every time they called me, they said that they had the car i I had the WORST experience ever with this dealership. SPECIFICALLY with Bilal and Maeen! Every time they called me, they said that they had the car i wanted, but then when I would reach the dealership, they would say: "oh sorry its sold" YET THEY JUST CALLED ME 5 MINUTES BEFORE!?! When I would arrive at the dealership (multiple times), they would keep trying to force me to buy other cars. The last time they did this, he told us that a car I wanted was ready to be sold within 2 days. We waited for over a week! And all while I was RENTING A CAR! After the week, the car still never showed up, yet they kept trying to sell me other cars. They kept feeding me lies so I would show up over and over again. All I gained from the was the knowledge that this is the worst dealer ever. More
No accountability or desire to serve This week 2016/11/08 I brought my RVR in for a routine service and as suspected I received a call for other work to be done (O2 sensor and brake pads) This week 2016/11/08 I brought my RVR in for a routine service and as suspected I received a call for other work to be done (O2 sensor and brake pads). I agreed upon the replacement of my front break pads and postponed the O2 sensor for the moment. Later that night I recovered my vehicle and paid the amount of $519.47. Upon driving back home to Whitecourt, Alberta a two hour drive I noticed once I hit the 100km/h mark that my vehicle was shaking at a ridiculous level (this point service is closed and other tire shops are also closed). I knew that the wheels have not been balanced, which makes me wonder why? The service package that was paid for included tire rotation and the vehicle had supposedly been road tested. Why on a liability and customer service stand point would you return a vehicle to a paying customer in this condition? I then thought, well maybe they will remedy the issue like any other dealer would. Next morning I called the service department to wit the service representative could not assist and would have the service manager contact me immediately. The day passed and still no call, I then call later that afternoon and service is now closed. I then left a message for the service manager to return my call, he then called me the following morning to advise me that he will do nothing for me and that it was in fact my fault that my vehicle was returned to me in this unsafe condition. I then advised the service manager that I was never informed of a balance service not being completed and he persisted that it was my fault and that they don't have to do anything because it would be bad business on their part......I my years of dealing with Mitsubishi I have never met a service department treat me in this fashion, let alone allow a vehicle that is not road worthy leave the lot after being "road tested". I can honestly say that I will never return and will never recommend this dealership. Lack of quality service, customer service and accountability. More

I've never seen such poor service in my life. Such rude people. We're paying you, you're not paying us. Have some respect. People like her embarrass companies, and embarrassed this company the second she opened her mouth. I will refuse to deal with her in the future. And the company she really look at getting this miserable person replaced. More

Overcharged by 300%?... Wrong service? FACT: We visited #WestSideMitsubishi in Edmonton for vehicle service as opposed to going to North side as per our usual custom, this time for convenie FACT: We visited #WestSideMitsubishi in Edmonton for vehicle service as opposed to going to North side as per our usual custom, this time for convenience sake as your location is close to where we work. We needed to get the owner maintenance of 40K done on a 2014, RVR. Maintenance book shows oil change, filter, tire rotation. I told my wife (who took it in) to insist on the manufacturers 40K service. less than two hours later, she got charged $427 for an oil change! I called in, spoke to a "Melissa" in service. She tried to tell me "in Alberta we go by the "Severe Service schedule" and started listing everything that was done, which contradicted the owners manual for 40K service interval, definitely, not the service listed in the book. I was told there was "a supplement booklet" (which I've never seen nor has my wife). Melissa wasn't listening to me, so I asked for the manager. I explained the situation to John, I told him I called north-side Mitsubishi, and was quoted max $144 for the 40K service WITH tire rotation. He looked into it, called me back, and said there was an error in the code being used for the service. He said, "We got the service for the Mitsubishi EVO (lancer evolution high performance car) instead. He said hes sorry for the mistake, a brake system flush was apparently performed in addition to synthetic oil as per an EVOs requirements also. I asked how one can confuse a Lancer Evolution with that of a RVR for service? He stated that the guys have sheets on the wall of what to do for each service, and the page they followed was for 40K, just the wrong 40K!. He thanked me for bringing this to his attention and a refund was given....My wife was merely willing to just never go there again, and not do anything about the overcharge. She was so upset and felt "violated". GUYS...Take your girls car in for her...ALWAYS!. Make your mind up on what ACTUALLY happened here: Accident?, or....something else?... I just presented the FACTS. More
