I needed a new converter as mine was stolen. I called them they told me they had the parts there at the site so I booked with my insurance and had my car towed there, they told me they would kee I called them they told me they had the parts there at the site so I booked with my insurance and had my car towed there, they told me they would keep in touch and they never. I called them the next day after my insurance emailed me the go ahead and when I called them to see when my car will be done they told that there was no parts in Alberta and needed to order mine and it would be a week. The lies from these ppl are horrible. I called North Mitsubishi and they told me they had the parts. I called back the west end and told them that North Mitsubishi had the parts so they ended up getting them and had my car fixed by Friday afternoon. I can't believe I had to do their job and paid them for it. After I picked my car up I noticed my hood was scratched everywhere. I called and complained and said someone would get back to me on Tuesday and no one did. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN. THEY WRECJED MY PAINT JOB AND ALL THEY DO WAS LIE. Dealt with Joel Evans over the phone and settled on a price. Have the paperwork to prove it. Went in the next day to sign papers with Christina Gutierrez Gear. She added a whole bunch of stuff to the bill of sale that was already in the settled on price. She didn't like that I called her out on that later but that is exactly what she did! They even lied about the interest rate for the loan. I was told 7.99% by Joel but the papers Christina typed up it was 9.99%! Never thought in a million years that a dealership would do something like this so signed the papers. It wasn't until I went to pay off the loan that I saw the deception. I tried to contact someone at the dealership but they have quit talking to me. This mitsubishi dealer SUCKS!! Stay away because the Canadian head office of Mitsubishi will not do anything. More
