We were introduced to west side acura by a knowledgeable TV representative Emily Swan. The reason we chose to go to westside acura was because of her excellent presentation on TV. When we walked into the building Jeff MA an excellent lover of acuras and hoped we would enjoy his love and we did. From the moment he met us we felt comfortable as he made us feel so reassured he cared about what we were buying suited us . There was no pressure which we loved. Then we met Joey the finance manager who directed us through the options acura provides and what we probably would most need if we chose to keep our fifth car in 40 years. On our return visit to get the car fully registered and ready to drive we met Justin Farnham who made us feel at home in his shop . Later we found out he is a General Manager. We felt so welcomed and cared for and made us realize we were in the right place to buy a car we were introduced to the wash people and the receptionist were so friendly . It was nicest dealership we had visited in months . Kevin helped us finish our deal and we felt so good about making the purchase on a 2023 Acura MDX. We love our car and look forward to many years of owing this vehicle. Thank you westside acura you made our buying experience a dream.
