Unwilling to make the smallest effort to win your business. They weren't able to negotiate on the price, which was fine, but also wouldn't consider anything in the way of accessories. Best they offered was to sell me the accessories at cost, though the prices they quoted for those were basically the retail prices. Totally would've purchased the vehicle from them if they made the tiniest gesture, but they wouldn't even throw in some measly floor mats. Guess they feel that being the only option in town they don't have to try to earn your business. Luckily I don't live in town and have many more options. Ended up buying my vehicle from someone else. Not sure I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below. More

I was very impressed at the responce time to my inquiry; the information requested was provided immediately. The Sales staff were very friendly and accomodating. This is the first time I had ever recieved this type of service, I was very impressed. Additionally they have followed up to insure I'm as happy today as the day I picked it up. Impressed again.
