We went to bring in our vehicle for some work to be done. We had an appointment for 9:00 am and when we came to pick up the vehicle and pay for it at 5:00 that day we found out that our vehicle hadn’t even b We had an appointment for 9:00 am and when we came to pick up the vehicle and pay for it at 5:00 that day we found out that our vehicle hadn’t even been looked at. They had completely forgot about our vehicle. This is why we do all our work at Janzens in winkler. The ones working on the vehicle didn’t know what was wrong with the vehicle and were going to just leave it but my wife had googled what the issue might be and told the mechanics and they called about 20 mins later and said my wife was right with the diagnostic. It will be awhile before we bring our vehicle back. We were without a vehicle for an extra day and no discount or service vehicle was offered.
