I do not like to deal with salespeople, however this was one situation that turned out to be a very positive experience for me. He was approachable, respectful, understanding. Throughout the whole process, Jordan never gave me the feeling that it was only about "making a sale". He made sure any question I had was answered and was not annoyingly pushy like other salespeople I have dealt with......he wanted to make sure that not only was I happy with my Nissan Rogue but that I would not have regrets about buying it.
