Our sincere thanks to Justin for going the 'extra mile' this past week. My husband and I had visited with him a few weeks prior while we were searching for a 2011-12 Santa Fe; unfortunatly, not much select this past week. During those weeks we had been comparing different SUV's and actually had a deal pending at the Dealership across the street. Having driven a Santa Fe for the past five years, I wasn't absoloutely sold on the pending Equinox so we wanted to give Justin one more shot. Once again there wasn't much to choose from as I had fairly specific requirements such as dark leather and a sunroof. Unbelieveably, five hours later we were the proud owners of the manager, Lewa Seifeddine's, 2012 Santa Fe. Although we thought there was nothing on the lot, Justin was relentless and we absolutely appreciate not only his drive but his good humored dispostion throughout the very long day. Even the process of going through finance ended up being quite 'entertaining' and enjoyable thanks to both Diane and Vance. We, especially myself as I use this vehicle to deliver rural mail for Canada Post are extremely pleased with our choice. Not a lot of dashboard or gadget changes in the new 2012 but definately a big improvement in the driving and guts of the vehicle; there is a much better kick in this one! Buying a new car from this dealership was much more enjoyable then previous experiences. The team was friendly, humorous and was more then willing to work with us on the price... Andrei was refreshing and enthusiastic, I have to say that we had a lot of laughs and he was great at answering my husband's questions (there were a lot of them). Aaron and Vance were very transparent on the pricing and worked hard to get us a deal that was fair. And I have to say I have never had so much fun meeting with a finance guy and going over protection packages. What a hoot! Overall, I would recommend and return to this dealership in the future for buying a new vehicle. We did have an issue with the car when we went to pick it up and the guys were really good about fixing the issue. I have to say that I was impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff from West Edmonton Hyundai. My husband and I have been faithful Hyundai clients for over 10 years and have dealt with 3 different accommodating staff from West Edmonton Hyundai. Our salesperson, Richard, maintained contact with us over the weeks via phone/fax/text when any new info or vehicles became available. Sales Manager, Devon, stepped up to help facilitate our trade in, and Vance, in finance, even though he wouldn't be making any money from our deal, was extremely thorough and kept me laughing making it much easier to hand over all my money. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be glad to make the three hour journey again next time, even if it is to Edmonton. ;) Big thanks to you all! More

If you are looking for staff that knows their stuff ask for Richard, he answered all of my questions without hesitation and when he wasn't sure on something, he made sure to find out the answer and not just make it up (as I had seen at a different dealership). As well, Alan and Aaron (the manager) were open to negotiating the price, which is not what we found with local competitors whom we visited. We feel that our final deal was fair to everyone involved and we left feeling very happy with our experience. Our experience with Scott, the finance manger, was also very positive. He did not keep pressing us to consider extras (eg. fabric protection) once we let him know that we were not interested (again, this is unlike some of the local competitors). So nice to have an experience that is typically full of doubt, anxiety, pressure and all of the other traditional car buying horrors, made as pleasant as this was. The dealership is bright and clean, the staff is warm and friendly and always willing to help, even if the dealership is filled with customers. I find the salesmen to be very straight-forward and trustworthy. The service offered by the dealership, with their free life-time oil-changes is an attractive selling feature. Their service department is just as friendly and helpful, this is one place that I know my vehicle will be taken care of. The sales-team that I dealt with on my latest purchase did a great job in providing me what I needed. Young Andrei, in particular, was not only very knowledgeable and passionate about his job, he was also a pleasure to work with. More
