Excessive time spent with the front end sales guy who tried every possible way to ingratiate himself to me, but unfortunately by going so personal he ended up deeply offending me. Of course I didn't say anything But the real horror is the sales manager, Willie something-or-other. I lost track of the number of times he outright lied to me. To list a few: fake installation charges for factory installed options for which he refused to produce an invoice "I don't need to do that!" he said; claimed the 3M coating cost $1000 for the car, when it retails for $50 online; tried selling me a demo, insisting that it is the same as a brand new car; claimed that the invoice price obtained from reputable online website was not the real price....on and on and on...I lost track of the all of the lies. More

Our financial advisor was Richard McElree and after going over financing and everything involved with it including getting financing, we decided that we wanted something a little cheaper to keep payments at a more comfortable level for us...Richard showed us a great 2012 Nissan Versa which we fell in love with, and after he found the financing, we bought the car and it was the best thing we ever did...Richard McElree went above and beyond to help us get into our new car and we could never thank him enough. These two people have made our car buying purchase one of the best we have had...They helped us get into what we were looking for and their friendly and professionalism made the buying experience a pleasure... This is the third used car (2009 Volkswagen Jetta City) that I bought at this dealership and this time I dealt with Cashma Ashmeade. I had an outstanding experience with him throughout the entire purchase. Cashma has great knowledge about what he is selling. He never pushed the sale or pressured me into anything. He remained friendly and corteous during the evaluation of my trade in (2005 GMC Canyon 4x4). Over the past 8 years I purchased (and sold!) 8 used vehicles and one new SUV. I dealt with a lot of car sales people.... Cashma clearly stands out of the crowd. Above, I also selected Jerry Antflick since he sold me the 2005 GMC Canyon (October 2011). My Experience with him was similar. For my next purchase I will certainly go to West Edmonton Hyundai again. The brand or the product that is being sold doesn't make or break a delaership!
