Honest & Knowledgeable I stopped in at lunch to look at the Sante Fe and was met by a young salesman named Levi. At first I did not expect that a young man would have very I stopped in at lunch to look at the Sante Fe and was met by a young salesman named Levi. At first I did not expect that a young man would have very much knowledge about the vehicle but after we got in the vehicle to take a spin I was amazed at how much he knew about the vehicle and the dealership. He was very personable and I sensed that he was honest and really wanted to get me a deal that I would feel comfortable with. After the test drive he had some pricing for me within 10 minutes of the two models I was interested in. He told me to take them home and think about the offer and get back to him the next day. I was amazed that there was no pressure to get me signed up before I left the showroom and the pricing was in the ballpark of what my research had determined. Unfortunately I did buy a vehicle from another dealer who probably took a bit of a loss but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed dealing with Levi. I was treated fairly and with respect and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured into signing on the dotted line. I would recommend anyone to deal with Levi, you will not be disappointed. Since we had a general idea of what we wanted, he was able to quickly and expertly show us all the great features of the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. His thorough knowledge of the vehicle was surprising given that he had just begun working at this dealership. My girlfriend and I both took this vehicle on separate test drives and they even accommodated us by allowing us to take the vehicle out on our own! After we decided that we wanted to purchase it, Colt was helpful in getting us a fair price. His sales manager, Danny, was also very helpful in this regard. The finance guy, Kevin, was able to get the paperwork in order very fast and we left feeling extremely satisfied that we got the best deal on the vehicle we wanted. We picked up our SUV two days later and the process was effortless. Colt walked us through all the features of the car again we were quickly on our way! More
