Example: I had an oil change done the other day and they said I NEEDED my drive belt changed. When I asked why, they said it was "glazed and damaged" I said I would have a second opinion done and that opinion of my mechanic friend said no, it was not damaged or glazed. Best vehicle service experience in 38 years! We bought our 2005 X-Trail at West Coast Nissan and have had it serviced there regularly ever since. Recently we had a recall service done and notice We bought our 2005 X-Trail at West Coast Nissan and have had it serviced there regularly ever since. Recently we had a recall service done and noticed a loud rattle had developed in the repaired area. Unfortunately we were in the middle of moving from the coast to the interior and couldn't deal with it at the time. After our move, we took the X-Trail to the Vernon service dept. and we were not happy with their assessment of the problem. We drove the X-Trail back to the coast on a family visit and took it back to West Coast Nissan's service dept. Sam, the service manager, found the cause, replaced some parts and ordered a new part to fix the main problem. When we advised him we were leaving town in 2 days, he ordered the required part to be expedited from Calgary and he arranged for a service appt. for first thing Thursday morning. Within an hour the problem was completely repaired and we were on our way back to the interior. We had also ordered a new switch for one of the windows, so Rocky in the parts dept. also ordered that part to be expedited from Calgary. We received it the same day as our service appt. My X-Trail is now running quietly again and our faith in Nissan's service has been restored. Thank you, Sam, for going over-and-above to resolve our problem and for representing Nissan so well. More
Worst Dealership to go for a Nissan Car in BC , King george and Morrey has much more straight forward and friendly Approach. This dealership would promise you to bring the car you wanted , Then they wou george and Morrey has much more straight forward and friendly Approach. This dealership would promise you to bring the car you wanted , Then they would take deposit from you to book the car and later when you get approved would tell you that they dont have the car anymore. They would make your expectations sky high and drop you down on the day it matters. They also insisted me to pay extra cost to bring the car from a different province but they would never manage that as well. Most likely they sold my car to a different person on a better price. the dealership name should change to WORSTcoast nissan from Westcoast nissan. ruined my vacation ruined my purchase , and ruined my credit score by doing credit checks but not providing me the car. Recently I responded to a Nissan Upgrade event at my local West Coast Nissan Dealer in Pitt Meadows, BC, Canada. This ended up with a very good deal for us and I decided to write this article to say “Th local West Coast Nissan Dealer in Pitt Meadows, BC, Canada. This ended up with a very good deal for us and I decided to write this article to say “Thank you” to the people who made it possible. The letter from Nissan mentioned that Nissan is in need for some car models and our Nissan Altima 2004 was included in this list. They offered a better market value for your existing vehicle and $1500 off on top of that for the car upgrade. I signed up at nissanupgrade.ca website and 10 minutes later I already got a call from Wilson from the local Pitt Meadows West Coast Nissan and I made an appointment for the beginning of next week. Wilson also called in the day of the appointment to remind me about it. We decided few years ago that we will only get pre-owned cars, so we went to the Nissan dealership to see what other newer pre-owned cars they have for this event. When we got there we met Wilson and we also met Sandi, who we knew from the last time we made an upgrade about 3 years ago. Graciously Wilson let Sandi deal with us. We took a look on a Nissan Altima 2008 and a Nissan Sentra 2010 for a possible upgrade. Sandi took as for a drive and we decided on the Nissan Altima 2008, which had some nice features included, as a keyless technology, CVT transmission, Air conditioning & heated front seats. Now the negotiation came and Sandi is well experienced to manage it, in both customer and company’s interest. After a few back-and-forth deal offers, Sandy came back with the best deal and we accepted it. On top of the deal, she threw in also a free oil-change service! Daniel, the Sales manager, agreed to give us a better price for the upgrade, considering that we are a loyal customer for this specific Nissan dealership. Also he took in consideration my mention of the volunteering activities I did for the past twenty years, helping local and global community. Then Karen helped us with the financial papers, giving us all the details about car protection plan and also some other very helpful legal information. Ashley from the Insurance company came in quick and finished the insurance papers, so we were done soon after we sealed the deal. In these times, when many companies try to take advantage of you, I appreciate that this team from West Coast Nissan Pitt Meadows combine the business with a kind heart & friendship, providing a personalized experience for their customers. Thank you, guys! It is my pleasure to warmly recommend Pitt Meadows West Coast Nissan Dealership. Here is where I always go my car maintenance and I get great service for my car. Thank you Service Department! I appreciate your promptness, and your professional, quality services! This team is working together to serve you in the best possible way. I liked Sandi’s little note on her desk saying “Are you doing the best productive thing right now?”. With this attitude geared towards service excellence you can’t go wrong! When you get to the Pitt Meadows West Coast Nissan Dealership, mention that Lucian sent you there and you will get the same courtesy, services and deals that I get! When you call ask for Sandi from the Sales Dept. Once again, “Thank you” Daniel, Sandi, Wilson, Karen & Ashley for making this car upgrade a great experience and a great buy for us! More
If there ever was the epitome of slimy car salesmen this is where you will find them. We had the car the colours and the model all chosen before going there. 2 other dealers told us there were no more avail is where you will find them. We had the car the colours and the model all chosen before going there. 2 other dealers told us there were no more available in Canada. West Coast said they could do the impossible and acquire one for me. Daniel guaranteed it, we put a deposit down (based on locating one). Next day Daniel calls to says its not available unless in different colours and trims. Exactly what we didn't want. I said no problem, I'll come pick up my deposit cheque and keep on looking. Nope, they had deposited on a Sunday night, it cleared my bank on Monday morning. I thought why deposit a cheque they should have returned to me to rip up when they couldn't honour the deal. After the deal went south, we started looking elsewhere, because there was less than handful available in BC. We found the one we wanted (different colour) but when there is only handful left? We had to move quickly. Daniel had every story in the book why he couldn't return my money. Luckily we had found a reparable Nissan Dealer in Langley. First they put the check in the wrong name. Then they didn't have enough managers to sign the cheque. It took a week,(another week for there cheque to clear) we were happily bought our car we wanted from Langley. In that week I called West Coast 4 times to talk to the Manager/President Michele to expedite this, I got excuses that her voice mail didn't work, or she wasn't available or she was busy, I never heard from her ever, after 4 messages to call me. When 2 other car dealers tell you to complain to Vehicles Sales Authority of BC to lodge a written complaint. When I called VSA they were very familiar with this dealer. That tells you something about them ! I have bought 3 Nissan's in my lifetime, all new, I will never recommend this dealer. More

Second, we'd done our research and told them the numbers we expected upfront and we'd been elsewhere and pretty much had them confirmed with other dealers... They weren't off by 1 or 2 thousand...they lowballed by almost $11k ...add to that the fact the vehicle we were reviewing with them was priced $10k above the current market value for a BC owned and driven x-trail... I wouldn't even send someone I didn't like to this dealer. I felt like I'd been dealing with worse than possible stereo typical used car dealer More
