I would rather have done the entire deal with just one person rather than have to deal with both the Sales Associate and the Business Associate. My preference would have been to have Cynthis go through a person rather than have to deal with both the Sales Associate and the Business Associate. It just seemed unnecessarily disjointed to me to have to go over details with both. Maybe the business person is essential with financing, but this was a cash deal so I am not sure the business person was required. More

I was very happy with my recent experience. I wasn't in a hurry to replace my current van but was actively looking and the right van at the right price turned up. We purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot at the end of February. Kiel (our sales rep) was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Kiel was very helpful in assisting us with getting exactly what we wanted. We have had Chrysler products in the past (Caravans, Colt) and were happy with them until they started to cost a lot in repairs (post warranty). We'll see how it goes with the Jeep :) We are very pleased with it so far...nice ride, nice features....really enjoying it. We traded a rather new Hyundai Tucson in on this purchase...we were very dissatisfied with the Tucson. I appreciate the opportunity to rate the dealer. This was the most relaxed vehicle purchase we have ever made. I hope that the service will be just as great at this dealership. More
