I was contacted by a competitor dealer that wanted me to trade in my van so I decided to do some research. I went to various dealerships to see what was out there to purchase. I gave him my needs and wants for vehicle, value for my trade, and the price I wanted to pay. Carlo made it his personal mission to have me satisfied in all areas. He worked with Steve to find my family the perfect van and the features we had to have. Steve gave us a fair trade price on our old van and a great price on our new one. Great attention to the customer's needs!
